Some common warning signals that it might be time for a detox include fatigue, allergies, bags under the eyes, getting sick often, brain fog, irritated skin and even menstrual difficulties in women.

First, stop consuming so many toxins! Stop drinking alcohol, caffeine, eating sugar and cut back your consumption of processed foods as much as possible. Also stop using so many personal beauty care products (makeup, deodorant, soap, toothpaste, etc.) and look for natural alternatives.

Following the tips below will allow you to detox your body and become healthy in a very short period of time. You can apply these tips into your lifestyle to make up your own detox program.
10 ways to detox your body.
1. Eat lots of fiber. Eating plenty of whole grains, certain vegetables and even fruits are all great ways to get your fiber requirements. Foods like broccoli, asparagus, spinach oatmeal, brown rice, shredded wheat, 100% whole grain bread, blueberries, blackberries and apples are all fantastic examples.
2. Take certain herbs to cleanse your liver. Herbs and supplements like milk thistle, green tea and dandelion root will all clean your liver and make it function better, which in turn will make it easier for your body to rid itself of toxins.
3. Supplement with vitamin C. More vitamin C in the diet increases glutathione, a liver compound that rids the body of toxins.
4. Drink a gallon of water per day. Water flushes out toxins and cleanses your body of free radicals, so drinking enough water each day is essential if you want to detox your body as quickly as possible.
5. Breathe deeply. This allows oxygen to circulate throughout your entire body and rids your body of toxins when you exhale.

10. Exercise. Rather it’s yoga, jump roping, running or lifting weights, it really doesn’t matter. Just make sure you’re exercising for an hour each day and doing so somewhat intensely.
